[ September 20, 2007; ] You are invited to attend “Pearl Eco Fest” at the Pearl Farmers’ Market on Thursday, September 20th from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. In addition to the farmers and food vendors who regularly appear at the Market, we are adding “green” vendors, who are making a difference in Green Country. Their organizations or businesses contribute to environmental integrity in northeastern Oklahoma and are helping to build strong urban and rural communities in Oklahoma.

[ September 1, 2007; ] Sustainable Green Country (SGC) will be at the Saturday Cherry St. Farmers Market tomorrow, 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., located at 15th & Peoria in Tulsa, giving away our free Local Food Guides! We also will be offering a Buy Fresh, Buy Local (BFBL) bumper sticker, ($2) and BFBL Oklahoma poster($10) , proceeds are for the BFBL campaign’s many goals.
